Leave of Absence & Benefits Compliance Lead - Remote

Machinify is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to own end-to-end administration of all employee leave programs (FMLA, state leaves, PDL, ADA-related leave) and serve as a cross-trained Benefits team member in a remote US workforce.

The role requires deep leave-compliance expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide managers and employees with empathy while maintaining confidentiality. Remote work across the United States is supported.
