Lab Technician / Phlebotomist
Location : Metro Marine Lines, South Mumbai
Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused and proactive Lab Technician / Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blood collection, sample handling, patient coordination, and supporting clinic growth activities to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood samples and other specimens from patients at the clinic and during home visits, as required.
Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and transportation of specimens in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sample collection and processing.
Coordinate with patients, doctors, and clinics regarding appointments, reports, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with local doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to support referrals and clinic growth.
Assist in organizing and conducting health camps, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support the smooth operation and growth of the clinic.
