About the role

The BIM Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3 D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This role supports design and construction teams by ensuring models comply with project standards and facilitate coordination across disciplines.

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit and Auto CAD. Interpret design drawings and specifications to create accurate digital models. Generate 2 D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models. Conduct clash detection and produce reports to resolve design conflicts. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy. Update models based on design revisions and project changes. Maintain BIM libraries and create parametric families as required. Support BIM Execution Plans and adhere to company BIM standards. Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation using BIM data. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input.

Skills & Experience Expected: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field. 4-8 years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects. Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows. Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, Civil 3 D and Navisworks. Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination. Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills.
