About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the RegisterKaro app , assisting clients with the onboarding process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.
• Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, including app setup and documentation.
• Handle client queries through calls, chat, and email professionally and promptly.
• Assist clients with issues related to the app, accounts, and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve client concerns.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality .
• Build positive relationships with clients and provide timely support.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach .
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel .
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Prior experience in customer support, client handling, onboarding, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment .
