Experience Profile● 10+ years of progressive experience in technical consulting or solution architecturewithin highly regulated industries (Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Quality Assurance).● 5+ years experience leading and owning end-to-end delivery for complexsoftware/data transformation projects.● Proven track record guiding remote or offshore engineering teams while maintaininghigh project standards and ownership.

Technical Skills & Domains● Cloud Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience designing solutions on major cloudplatforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Deep understanding of relevant services(Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, App Services, etc.).● Architecture: Expertise in modern architectural patterns (Microservices, API design,scalable cloud architecture).● AI/ML/Data Focus: Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Generative AIconcepts (LLMs, RAG architectures, Vector Databases) and data science workflows.*Crucially, you must be able to speak fluently about these topics to both engineersand non-technical executives. xzbcwsv *● Development Stack Understanding: Proficiency in understanding full-stackcomponents
