Performance Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Job description: Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, Reddit, etc.) independently to meet defined brand goals. Take full ownership of campaign performance — from strategy to execution, without requiring micromanagement or constant approvals. Understand brand briefs deeply and translate them into actionable, data-backed media plans tailored to performance KPIs. Proactively identify new growth opportunities through experimentation, A/B testing, and innovative targeting or bidding strategies. Continuously research and implement new tools, automation processes, and platform features to improve efficiency and results. Set up and maintain robust tracking systems (GTM, Pixels, UTM tagging) to ensure accurate performance measurement. Monitor campaign data daily; take corrective action promptly without waiting to be flagged by internal or external teams. Generate performance insights and detailed reports regularly; highlight wins, learnings, and next steps proactively. Maintain direct communication with clients for campaign approvals, alignment on KPIs, and feedback loops, ensuring seamless coordination. Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and goal-driven. Stay accountable for results and bring a solution-first approach to any performance challenges. Stay informed about industry trends, strategies, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and identify new opportunities.
