S. clients. This role demands strong technical accounting expertise, analytical abilities, and the capability to support strategic business decisions. The position may require managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p> Financial Governance &amp; Compliance </p> <p> Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls. </p> <p> Ensure adherence to U. S. federal and state statutory regulations applicable to client entities. </p> <p> Oversee compliance with GAAP, regulatory filings, and financial documentation standards. </p> <p> Financial Reporting &amp; Audit Support </p> <p> Manage finalization of accounts for clients and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closures. </p> <p> Support internal and external audit activities by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and audit documentation. </p> <p> Deliver timely financial statements, reports, and disclosures. </p> <p> Performance &amp; Profitability Analysis </p> <p> Analyze branch, segment, and overall business profitability for clients. </p> <p> Identify deviations, cost leakages, and opportunities for margin improvement. </p> <p> Recommend corrective and optimization measures to enhance financial outcomes. </p> <p> Financial Planning, Budgeting &amp; Cash Management </p> <p> Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for client entities. </p> <p> Oversee fund flow planning, cash flow monitoring, and liquidity management. </p> <p> Support FP&amp; A initiatives, including financial projections, variance analysis, and financial modeling. </p> <p> Business &amp; Strategic Support </p> <p> Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards and financial reports. </p> <p> Support pricing decisions, commercial evaluations, and business case preparation. </p> <p> Collaborate with client CFOs, finance teams, and management to provide actionable insights. </p> <p> Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms. </p> <p> Ideal Candidate Profile </p> <p> Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. </p> <p> Hands-on experience working with U. S. clients or exposure to U. S. GAAP. </p> <p> Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts. </p> <p> High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. </p> <p> Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations. </p> <p> Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. </p> <p> Skillset Required </p> <p> Good communication skills </p> <p> Expert knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. </p> <p> Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. </p> <p> Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar. </p> <p> Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks. </p> <p> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </p> <p> Ability to work effectively in US shift hours. </p>
