Manager Clinical Operations Registered Nurse - Heart & Vascular Center - Full Time

Schedule Full Time exempt; Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:00 General Summary Supports efforts to implement care delivery systems that are safe, timely, effective, equitable, efficient and patient centered. Works with the Practice Managers and Site Directors to advance and standardize clinical operations throughout the system, within a culture of quality, safety and efficient care. Assists the Director of Clinical Operations in management of staff to deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Assists with directing and coordinating system and operational priorities. Provides leadership and oversight of the Clinical Supervisors. Develops and initiates standardized nursing education for the service lines, in line with System Practice and evidenced based protocols.
