Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and internal databasesPipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of passive candidates through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted email campaignsScreening & Interviewing: Assess candidate qualifications through in-depth screening and interviews to ensure alignment with client needsCandidate Experience: Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive, professional, and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:2+ years of recruiting experienceExperience in Construction, Engineering, or Automation is highly valuedHigh energy, positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)Ability to work on-site at our Des Moines, Iowa office
