Artistic Milliners is recruiting an Executive / Sr. Executive – Cut to Pack Operations for their Stitching/Finishing Operations team. The candidate must be a professional denim player with at least 2+ years of experience in garment manufacturing and an eye on future leadership roles. You will be transforming productivity, quality, and performance while applying Lean and Six Sigma tools. Key Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to Stitching & Finishing Operations.
• Drive initiatives that will increase productivity, quality, and improve efficiencies.
• Diagnose and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Lead and execute Lean & Six Sigma projects for improving processes.
• Collaborate with Production, IE, Quality and other support areas.
• Develop leadership and managerial skills for future growth.
