Position Overview

Are you passionate about data and curious about the future of autonomous driving? QCraft is building the next generation of self-driving technology, and we need Data Analysts to help us make sense of millions of miles of driving data. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to enter the exciting world of autonomous vehicles — no prior automotive experience required!

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale autonomous driving datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Create dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics of our self-driving systems
• Work with engineering teams to define data requirements and analysis frameworks
• Perform statistical analysis on driving behavior, sensor performance, and system reliability
• Build and maintain data pipelines for automated reporting
• Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
• Contribute to data quality initiatives and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis (freshers welcome!)
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python)
• Basic understanding of statistics and data visualization
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in autonomous driving and AI technologies is a big plus
