Dental AI CSM: Private Practice Growth

Overjet, a world-leader in dental AI, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a book of SMB and private practice accounts across the US. You will build trust with clinicians, drive adoption of diagnostic AI, and manage relationships end-to-end in a fast-growing startup environment.

The role sits within the Customer Success and Support org, collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering. Real dental knowledge is required, with prior CSM or B2B SaaS experience a plus but not required.
