About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B identity and cybersecurity company as its first dedicated security engineer. Own security across the product lifecycle, partnering with engineering from design through implementation.
At least 5 years of security engineering experience, with recent hands-on product or application security work at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
Production Go experience building services or security systems, along with Python experience for detection and triage automation.
Experience building or contributing to security programs in early-stage or 0-to-1 environments, and working as a security generalist across teams.
Hands-on detection engineering and incident response experience, including SIEM or detection-as-code tools such as Splunk, Panther, or Sigma.
Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, plus cloud and Kubernetes security, ideally with GCP.
Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OIDC, WebAuthn, identity and access management, or enterprise IT and security software.
