We're Hiring: Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Employment: Full-Time

Work Mode: Primarily In-Office. Hybrid can be considered for strong candidates currently based outside Tamil Nadu.

Blubein creates clean-label, science-backed nutraceuticals built with transparency at the core. We’re strengthening our performance creative engine and looking for someone who can develop, test, and optimize high-performing ad creatives across our product portfolio.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing to own the creative strategy and scripting pipeline for our paid ads.

Your role will be to identify strong consumer insights, develop winning creative angles, write compelling hooks and scripts, and continuously improve creatives based on performance data.

• Develop and test hooks, creative angles, and scripts for paid video ads

• Write headlines, ad copy, and creative direction for static ads

• Create briefs and scripts for UGC creators and influencers

• Research competitors, customer reviews, trends, and consumer insights

• Work with video editors and AI creative tools to develop production-ready ads

• Analyze CTR, hook rate, and retention to improve future creatives

• Build a library of proven hooks, scripts, and winning creative angles

• 2–4 years of experience in creative strategy, video scripting, direct-response copywriting, or performance marketing

• Experience with D2C, health/wellness brands, nutraceuticals, or performance marketing agencies is preferred

• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, hooks, storytelling, and direct-response copywriting

• Ability to simplify complex product information into engaging and compliant advertising content

• Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and creative development

• A strong portfolio of relevant scripts, ads, or performance creatives
