Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Segment CDP Platform Administrator to manage, administer, and optimize the Segment Customer Data Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data collection frameworks, managing integrations, ensuring data quality, supporting marketing and analytics initiatives, and driving customer data governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Configure, administer, and maintain the Segment CDP environment.
• Manage Sources, Destinations, Personas/Audiences, Protocols, and Functions.
• Monitor platform health, data flow, and integration performance.
• Troubleshoot data collection and delivery issues.

Data Integration & Management

• Implement and manage integrations with CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Configure and maintain customer data pipelines.
• Ensure accurate event tracking and customer profile management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement tracking plans.

Data Governance & Compliance

• Establish and enforce data governance standards.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
• Implement access controls and data security best practices.
