Social Capital Resources is seeking a motivated, competitive, and ambitious Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing financial services recruiting team.

Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and recruit professionals across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms.Build relationships with candidates through phone calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their experience, qualifications, and career goals.Match qualified candidates with open positions at our financial services clients.Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to fill active client positions.Work toward individual recruiting and performance goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated to succeed.Comfortable making phone calls and proactively reaching out to new people.Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn.Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment.Interest in financial services, recruiting, or sales.
