Production In-Charge – Raschel Knitting (Karl Mayer)

Ltd. | Hosur, Tamil Nadu We're looking for an experienced knitting professional to lead the installation, commissioning, and production of our new Karl Mayer raschel knitting machine for shade net manufacturing. What you'll do: ✅ Lead installation & commissioning of the Karl Mayer shade net knitting machine at our Hosur facility ✅ Set machine parameters and optimize knitting performance ✅ Monitor fabric quality, machine efficiency, and process stability ✅ Troubleshoot machine and process issues independently ✅ Train operators and shop-floor technicians ✅ Manage production records, downtime analysis, and quality documentation What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (preferred)
