Hiring: Process Lead – Manufacturing IT Applications | Chennai (Ambattur) - Engineering Background - Process Excellence, Six Sigma, Lean, Manufacturing Digital Automation

CTC: 10 L Maximum

We're looking for an experienced Process Lead with a strong Engineering background to drive Process Excellence and Manufacturing application lifecycle management for our Chennai team.

About the Role

As Process Lead, you'll own end-to-end manufacturing application processes — incident, problem, change, and release management — while driving continuous improvement across our Manufacturing Digital / Mfg Digital and Automation landscape. You'll be the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring service excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application process analysis in a manufacturing environment

Define, implement, and continuously improve support & delivery processes

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices

Drive Process Excellence and Automation initiatives across application support

Manage SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics

Govern L1/L2/L3 support models

Partner with development, infrastructure & security teams

What We're Looking For

✅ BE / BTech — Engineering background required

✅ 5–7 years' experience, preferably in IT Services or Medical Devices / Life Sciences

✅ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing

✅ Experience with ERP tools, ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)

✅ Understanding of enterprise application architecture (web, cloud, APIs)

✅ Six Sigma / Lean certification (Black Belt preferred)

✅ Strong communication & leadership presence to drive change

Location: Chennai

Grade: Assistant Manager / Manager
