Hiring: Sales Manager (BPO)

Location: Islamabad, Blue Area

Salary: PKR 80,000–130,000/month

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 3–5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our BPO sales team on a night shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BPO sales team to achieve targets
• Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance
• Handle client relationships and support business growth
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of BPO/call-center sales experience, including team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
