Revenue Controller

What you'll do Review customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments) before execution and assess revenue recognition implications. Apply ASC 606 / Ind AS 115 principles to identify performance obligations, transaction price, SSP, variable consideration, and contract modifications. Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Delivery, and Finance to ensure revenue-compliant deal structures. Own revenue governance, deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and month-end revenue close. Support SOX compliance, audits, and revenue-related controls. Drive process improvements and automation across revenue accounting workflows.
