People & Operations Manager

We are a fast-growing international e-commerce company hiring a People & Operations Manager to own how our team sets goals, gets feedback, grows and delivers. You will report directly to the founder and shape how we work. Remote, anywhere in Pakistan. PKR 450,000 to 650,000 per month plus a performance bonus.

What you will do

People (about 60%)

• Set 3 to 5 measurable KPIs for every role with each team lead
• Run the rhythm: weekly 1:1s, monthly scorecard reviews, quarterly growth conversations
• Build career levels and a development plan for every person
• Give managers a fair, early process for missed goals, and coach them through hard conversations
• Turn our values into everyday behaviours through recognition, an engagement pulse and onboarding
• Support hiring with role scorecards, structured interviews and 30/60/90 day plans

Operations (about 40%)

• Own the company priorities list, with an owner, a date and a status for every priority
• Run the weekly leadership meeting, decisions log and action items
• Drive follow-through across teams and eliminate blockers early
• Fix repeating problems at the process level

What success looks like after 6 months

• Every role has an agreed scorecard and every person has a development plan
• 90% or more of 1:1s happen as scheduled
• 80% or more of company priorities land on their agreed date

What you bring

• 5 to 10 years of experience, including 2 or more years building KPI, appraisal or OKR systems at a startup or a company of 20 to 150 people
• A system you designed and launched, and the results it produced
• Experience running a leadership meeting or a priorities tracker
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills for KPI dashboards
• Direct, fair communication and excellent written and spoken English
• A bachelor's degree. A degree from LUMS, IBA, GIKI, NUST or a similar institution, and an MBA, are strongly preferred

Is this you?

This role suits someone who has built performance systems, not only administered them. It is not the right fit if your experience is mainly payroll, attendance and HR administration, recruitment only, executive assistant work, or e-commerce freelancing.
