SALES AGENT / COLD CALLING SPECIALISTConvert Cold Leads Into Customers Location: Hybrid (Delhi) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹35,000/Month Attractive Performance Incentives About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Cold Calling Specialist with a proven track record of converting cold leads into qualified prospects and, ultimately, sales. This is not a basic telecalling role. We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology, can build trust within minutes, handle objections confidently and knows how to move a cold prospect towards a buying decision. Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Wellness, Cosmetology, Premium Services or other high-ticket sales will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and semi-qualified leads. Convert cold leads into qualified prospects and appointments. Understand prospect requirements, pain points and purchasing intent. Present services confidently and persuasively. Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. Handle objections, questions and rejection professionally. Follow up consistently with interested prospects. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records. Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales/operations team for successful conversions. Maintain a professional and premium communication standard with every prospect. Continuously improve calling scripts, pitches and conversion techniques based on performance. What We Are Looking ForMust Have Proven experience in cold calling and sales conversion. Demonstrated ability to convert cold leads into appointments and/or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Super fluent in English and Hindi. Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities. Confident, persuasive and energetic personality. Target-oriented and highly motivated. Strong follow-up discipline. Ability to handle rejection without losing momentum. Preferred Experience Candidates with previous experience in: Real Estate Sales Healthcare Services Wellness & Cosmetology Premium / High-Ticket Services Insurance & Financial Services Hospitality B2C Sales Outbound Tele-Sales will be preferred.
