Job Summary You ensure that AI-based systems developed at NXP are safe, certifiable, and deployable by driving system safety architecture. You lead innovation projects for Safe AI, aligned with the centrally owned Safety Automotive environments mandatory, others are nice to have Solid understanding of AI/ML in embedded systems Proven delivery across complex projects. Ability to bridge architecture, safety, and execution teams A first experience as manager is nice to have. Desirable: Technical leadership . Education PhD or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Embedded Systems, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
