The National Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team within a technical and highly specialized product division. This individual will be responsible for managing the team, while implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7-15 years of sales and sales management experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
• Proven track record of growing sales and leading successful teams
• Experience with engineered or technical products preferred
• Travel within the U.S, to engage with sales reps and customers. This position will require approx. 50% travel.
• Strong business acumen across sales, finance, and operations
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
• Team player with a desire to win and help others succeed
