Assistant Manager- Soft Services- Bangalore

Package: 7 to 8 Lakh Per annum Role Description: The Assistant Facility Manager – Soft Services will oversee daily facility and soft services operations at client sites in Bengaluru, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality housekeeping, support services, and overall site hygiene and maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing supervisory staff, coordinating service schedules, monitoring performance against defined standards, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The position involves close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address operational issues, implement preventive maintenance and housekeeping plans, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The manager will prepare and review reports, track resource utilization, manage budgets related to soft services, and support audits and inspections. The role also includes training and motivating on-ground teams, enforcing standard operating procedures, and supporting the rollout of digital tools for facility and operations management. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, with experience managing soft services at multi-site or large facilities. Candidates should possess robust Operations Management and Supervisory Skills to lead teams, coordinate shifts, and ensure service delivery excellence. Candidates should possess knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices relevant to soft services, including planning schedules and monitoring compliance. Relevant experience in Integrated Facility Management, housekeeping, or soft services operations, preferably in commercial, corporate, or industrial environments. Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with clients and vendors, and communicate clearly in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage. Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfort with MS Office and digital facility management tools, and an orientation toward process improvement and safety compliance. Graduate degree or diploma in Facility Management, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in FM or quality/safety standards are beneficial.
