The selected candidates will receive practical training in B2B sales, dealer development, project sales, customer acquisition, product presentations and business development .

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Identify and approach dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants and corporate customers.
• Make regular customer calls, meetings and follow-ups.
• Develop new dealer and channel partners.
• Visit project sites and meet key decision-makers.
• Present Connect System products and solutions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales team.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain customer and project information in CRM.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support senior sales managers in developing new territories.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business-development targets.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM Fresher.
• Marketing / Sales / International Business specialization preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Willing to make calls, meet customers and travel for business.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM.
• Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
