everyone here has a real impact.

We're looking for a sharp, driven Operations & Settlements Analyst to join us at our Raleigh, NC headquarters.
You'll work directly with our fixed income trading desk. You'll keep every trade moving from execution through
settlement and give our institutional clients top-tier service. You'll also support our Compliance department
and help with firm-wide operations. This is a high-visibility role with plenty of exposure across the business.

WHO YOU ARE

• Detail-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
• An excellent communicator who works well with traders, counterparties, and clients
• Experienced in the trade settlement lifecycle and comfortable adapting as regulations change
• Excited to build and improve processes, not just follow them

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Book, allocate, and track transactions through settlement so every trade settles on time and accurately
• Monitor trade systems and work directly with the trading desk, counterparties, and clients to confirm all transactions
• Spot and fix potential or actual trade issues early, and keep department heads and management informed until they're resolved
• Resolve daily mismatches and unmatched trades quickly and accurately, and compile daily late-trade reports
• Manage and reconcile daily trade blotters
• Set up new accounts for new and existing clients across multiple systems
• Build, maintain, and deliver key reports to management, both routine and on demand
• Put new processes in place as regulatory requirements change
• Support the Compliance department and general operations and administrative work
• Stay current on regulatory requirements and firm policies and procedures

WHAT YOU BRING
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in broker-dealer operations, trade settlements, or fixed income
• SIE and FINRA Series 99 licenses preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A reliable, consistent work ethic. This is an in-office role where you'll be part of the daily rhythm of the desk.

WHY FSC
• Work side by side with experienced fixed income traders at an independent, women-owned firm
• A close team where your work is seen and valued
• Exposure to trading, operations, and compliance in a single role
• Starting salary of $50,000 plus bonus
