Must Have

Lightning Web Components (LWC) Apex Development Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP) Salesforce Technical Design Code Review & Best Practices Team Leadership CI/CD and Dev Ops exposure Stakeholder Management

Good to Have

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Application Architect Certification Agile/Scrum Certification Experience in CPQ or Revenue Cloud

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and architecture discussions for Salesforce solutions. Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities. Implement and support integrations with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs Convert business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans. Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance. Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices. Manage deployment activities and CI/CD processes. Troubleshoot production issues and support critical releases. Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and integration teams. Participate in estimation, planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
