We are seeking a Regional Credit Control & Recovery Officer to manage field collections and ensure accurate financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a solid background in finance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills for ledger reconciliations and data analysis
• Reconcile customer ledgers with bank statements and central finance software
• Travel inter-city to handle direct field collections for outstanding payments
• Negotiate with clients and resolve any conflicts related to payment issues
• Manage and optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Ensure zero-variance monthly ledger reconciliations between client accounts and finance
• Address and resolve payment holds and billing disputes in coordination with sales and finance teams

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of I.Com, B.Com, or BBA with a focus on Finance or Accounts
• 1-2 years of experience in payment recoveries, accounts receivable, field collections, or credit control
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
