LHH is working on a confidential FP&A leadership opportunity in the Greater Phoenix area. This is a hands-on role with a strong mix of traditional FP&A, strategic finance, team leadership, and finance transformation.
This person will lead budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting while managing a team of three Financial Analysts. The role will also partner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiatives, including transaction-related modeling, while helping improve how the finance function utilizes technology, automation, and AI.
What You’ll Be Doing:Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesDevelop financial models, scenario analysis, and other financial analysis to support decision-makingPrepare financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and other key stakeholdersManage and develop a team of three Financial AnalystsPartner closely with senior finance leadership on strategic initiativesSupport financial modeling related to M&A, transactions, and licensing activityAnalyze financial performance and translate results into meaningful business insightsImprove FP&A processes, reporting, and overall efficiencyIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology within the finance function
