Company Description ANRAK Legal is a growing legal-tech company making legal services more accessible, efficient, and technology-driven. Role Description We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and connect with potential customers over phone calls. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining ANRAK Legal’s services, answering basic queries, and following up with interested prospects. The Telecaller will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with leads, scheduling consultations where required, updating customer information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, comfortable speaking with different types of customers, and able to communicate information clearly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain ANRAK Legal’s services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. Follow up with interested leads through calls and other communication channels. Handle basic customer questions and direct complex queries to the appropriate team. Schedule consultations or appointments when required. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets. Coordinate with the sales and legal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Ability to communicate clearly in English and (Hindi/Telugu/etc.) . Positive attitude with good follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/email. Ability to work independently and manage multiple follow-ups. Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus. Freshers are welcome to apply.
