Role Description The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves supporting sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, preparing proposals, and maintaining client communication. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing events and promotional activities, track campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, and maintaining organized records of sales leads and marketing activities. The role also requires preparing reports, updating documentation, and contributing ideas to improve marketing strategies and client outreach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client interaction, proposals, and marketing content. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and relationship-building with clients. Candidates should possess Event Planning skills to coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and on-ground activities. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure task completion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and basic digital tools for marketing and reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
