React Native Technical Lead

Role Description The React Native Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable mobile solutions, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from team members, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and security. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, guiding technical decisions, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices in mobile development and DevOps. The Technical Lead will also be expected to participate in sprint planning, contribute to technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong expertise in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript for building cross-platform mobile applications. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with mobile app architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and integration with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Candidates should possess skills in performance optimization, debugging, testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code. Candidates should possess familiarity with native Android/iOS development concepts, app store deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Candidates should possess leadership abilities, including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical direction within agile teams. Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is highly beneficial. Experience in consulting or product-based environments, working on scalable, customer-facing mobile applications, is an advantage.
