About the Position

Quincy Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Carpenter to assist with construction, repairs, renovations, and general maintenance projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on carpentry skills, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and takes pride in completing quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work, including framing, installation, repairs, and replacement of building materials.
• Assist with construction, renovation, and general repair projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications.
• Install doors, trim, cabinets, shelving, and other fixtures as needed.
• Read and follow measurements, drawings, and project instructions.
• Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable building requirements.
• Travel to job sites within approximately 60–70 miles of Corpus Christi, Texas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be willing and able to travel to job sites within a 60–70-mile radius of Corpus Christi.
• Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques, measurements, and building materials.
• Ability to safely operate common hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Work Environment

This position involves indoor and outdoor work at various job sites. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical tasks and working in varying weather conditions.
