Project manager

Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. Role focuses on driving execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects move efficiently from initiation to completion.

This role requires strong organizational capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners throughout project lifecycles Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges Manage project documentation, reporting, and status updates Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality standards Facilitate communication across teams to support smooth execution Track project performance metrics and recommend improvements where required Support problem-solving and decision-making during project execution

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 4–8 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles

Preferred Background

Experience working with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are an advantage Exposure to technology, infrastructure, or product-driven environments
