Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to build workflows, automations, prototypes, or internal solutions.
• Comfort creating lightweight scripts or no-code/low-code automations with AI support; a computer science degree is not required.
• Exposure to LLM prompt engineering, or strong aptitude and interest in learning it quickly.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through incomplete or unclear requirements.
• A self-directed approach: you spot inefficient processes and take ownership of improving them.
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment in choosing clear, effective language.
• Ability to explain technical or AI concepts in plain language and collaborate well with nontechnical teams.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, customer-facing SaaS, or B2B software is preferred.
• Familiarity with conversation intelligence, quality assurance, or sales performance tools is preferred.
• Basic product management or product design experience, including writing requirements, process maps, specifications, or wireframes, is preferred.

• Refine prompts and AI-enabled workflows to improve the accuracy, tone, consistency, and usefulness of AI-generated output.
• Test prompt and workflow adjustments methodically and measure what genuinely improves quality.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms to create lightweight internal tools, scripts, and automations for recurring business challenges.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, map the workflow, evaluate solution options, iterate, and deliver a working result without every step being defined upfront.
• Spot inefficiencies in sales handoffs, feedback loops, quality assurance processes, and other internal workflows, then help design and roll out improvements.
• Work directly with sales teams to drive adoption of AI-enabled products and tools through training, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing guidance.
• Bridge business needs and technical solutions by translating sales feedback into clear workflow improvements or product requirements.
• When engineering support is needed, develop a clear process map, product concept, or specification that an engineer can build from.
• Document workflows, decisions, and best practices so solutions can be maintained and scaled.
