Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.Manage comprehensive project finances, including high-level risk assessment and mitigation.Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to foster professional growth.Act as the executive liaison for high-profile clients and institutional partners.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.Ten or more years of experience in construction management with a track record of large-scale success.Advanced certification (such as Project Management Professional) is preferred.
