Responsibilities

Lead, develop and manage the HSE function at Bangalore Site.

Create a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE.

Manage and develop the personnel and working processes within the site wrt HSE.

Ensure that site complies with all legal requirements

Ensure that site meets AN HSE Standards and Directives.

Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of

the business

Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets

Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE inline with local

laws.

Establish, apply and develop an efficient HSE Management Model for Site.

Manage the HSE budget for the department/site.

Lead, coordinate and execute HSE element of the projects chosen by the site.

Participate and represent Site in external and internal HSE networks Compliance –

statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Bangalore.

Hazard study leader

Carryout the Hazard study of site and support other site in India on Hazard study

PSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion

Contribute to BBS program at site

PTW compliance

Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM

Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE related concerns

Job Requirements

Engineering Graduate in Environmental Science + H/S/E - Diploma

8+years experience in Manufacturing Safety setup.

Good knowledge of local laws & regulations & rapport with statutory bodies.

Excellent interpersonal relationships.
