Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Windchill Process Owner to lead the strategy, optimization, and adoption of CAD/PLM systems across our global organization.

You will drive Windchill initiatives to improve engineering productivity, collaboration, and innovation while mentoring teams and shaping enterprise standards. You will partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders to design scalable workflows, manage data strategies, and promote user adoption of PLM best practices across
