Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate | Karur (On-site) | 2 openings Thogai Murugan Real Estates is hiring 2 Sales Managers in Karur, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time on-site role in Karur. Candidates outside Karur must be willing to relocate and stay in Karur. Remote or hybrid will not work. We sell residential plots, villas and apartments to families and investors. You will run an on-ground sales floor of about 10 telecallers and 8 site/sales executives — not sit in meetings and wait for updates. You will own the funnel: Lead → Contact → Qualification → Site Visit Booked → Site Visit Completed → Follow-up → Booking/Payment → Registration. What you will do - Daily sales reviews using real numbers (calls, talk time, visits booked, show-up %, bookings) - Coach telecallers and site executives on conversations, follow-up, objections and closing - Fix leak points in the funnel instead of blaming "bad leads" - Make sure CRM next-actions are updated every day - Personally step in on serious customers and visit sites when needed - Hold underperformers accountable and report blockers to management Who we want - Proven B2C sales-team management (real estate preferred) - Evidence you have managed people and numbers, not just a Manager title - Comfortable on site, including weekend visit activity - Tamil and English Pay: Rs. 30,000-40,000/month fixed performance incentive (Rs. 3.6-4.8 LPA fixed incentive) Apply with: current location, team size managed, current/expected salary, notice period, and confirmation you can work from Karur.
