Dialer360 is seeking a strong and disciplined Operations Coordinator to lead daily execution across our telecom business, coordinating between Support, Server, Development, and Carrier teams while reducing CEO involvement in daily operational issues. This is a leadership and execution ownership role.

You will oversee all support teams, manage daily performance, filter escalations, and ensure SLA compliance, with weekly reviews and structured reporting to the CEO.
