You studied interior design, architecture, or industrial design.

Now you're wondering if the drawing board is the only place for you.

It isn't.

At UCD, we build bespoke solid-wood furniture from client drawings. No catalogue. No collection. Every project starts with a conversation. We need someone who can lead that conversation.

What you'll do:

• Filter and qualify prospects, and schedule their meetings with our Founder
• Track every lead from first meeting to conversion
• Own and maintain lead records in our CRM

Who you are:

• A fresh graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design
• Smart, bold, and comfortable talking to architects, designers, and homeowners
• Organised enough to never let a lead slip

What you get:

• ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on your interview
• A written 2-year growth plan from day one
• Direct exposure to the Founder and to real client projects
