Senior Sales Executive - Power Tools with Sales Background

Requirements

Location : Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh.

Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience, especially in Power Tools Sales.

Qualification : Diploma or Any Degree

Preferred Industries : Sales of hand tools, Abrasives, Power tools consumables

Candidates with experience in selling power tools in South India will have an added advantage.

Skills

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with outgoing personality, good people skills, experience and desire to work in power tools sales. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for dealer development, customer support etc. The candidate must to be experienced in Power tools sales (drillers, grinders, Vacuum Cleaners and many more), familiar with agriculture & rural economy, hard-working and willing to travel.

Requirements include:

1. Driving sales numbers & profitability.
2. Develop and execute a data driven sales plan for the company.
3. Develop strategy, channels, program to grow sales of the company.
4. Dealer Performance enhancement through BTL activities
5. Track and monitor all teams and take corrective actions as needed
6. Maintain expenses within allocated budget.
7. Provide management with business intelligence including new product launches, pricing etc.
8. Developing new channels to sell our products. 
9. Market development plans e.g. field demonstration, promotions
10. Devise strategy based on ground level feedback from customers (farmers)
11. Participate in tenders either through our dealers or directly
12. Develop a line of KisanKraft’s exclusive stores across India
13. Developing and Launching new products
14. Recruit, train and prune – build your team.

12 Days of Dealer Visits and 3 Days of Field Demonstrations, Following an Extensive Go-to-Market Strategy and Structured Market Visit Routine.
