Fresher – US Accounting

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting. Candidates with a basic understanding of accounting principles and strong MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US Accounting is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
• Assist with journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Help with monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks (training will be provided if required).
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn US Accounting and QuickBooks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Preferred

• Internship or academic project in accounting.
• Basic exposure to QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or any accounting software.
• Knowledge of US Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
