A national, privately held operator in the property management/real estate space is seeking a Manager, FP&A to serve as the analytical backbone and strategic business partner for its regional operations. This role owns the day‑to‑day budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting engine for a multi‑site portfolio and plays a critical role in helping operating leaders understand performance, make informed decisions, and drive financial outcomes.
This is a highly visible, front‑facing role - ideal for someone who thrives on partnering with operators, translating financial results into action, and leading conversations that shape the business.
What You’ll LeadOwn the budgeting and forecasting cycles for assigned regions and corporate cost centers, ensuring plans reflect upcoming strategies, initiatives, and business priorities.Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Regional Directors and Executive Directors helping them understand their P&Ls, drivers behind performance, and opportunities to improve NOI.Deliver monthly reporting packages, standard dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that support decision‑making across operations and leadership.Lead variance analysis, profitability reviews, and workforce/cost analytics to highlight trends and guide operational adjustments.Conduct regional review meetings, presenting insights, answering questions, and helping operators translate results into next steps.Support pricing analysis, service offering decisions, and business portfolio management.Build and maintain reporting templates within financial reporting tool.Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and planning tool enhancements.
What You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus).5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a multi‑site environment (hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or similar).Strong ownership of budgeting/forecasting cycles and comfort presenting to operating leaders.Advanced FP&A systems experienceAbility to translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance partners. xzbcwsv Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
