Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Visa Counsellor role based in Ahmedabad. The Student Visa Counsellor will guide students through the entire visa process, including profiling, explaining eligibility and requirements, and suggesting suitable study destinations and programs. Daily responsibilities include assisting with document collection and verification, preparing and reviewing visa applications, and coordinating appointment scheduling and follow-ups. The role involves providing interview preparation, addressing student and family queries, maintaining accurate records of applications, and staying updated on changing visa policies and education trends. The counsellor will collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service and support the overall operations of the consultancy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in selecting appropriate courses and destinations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, professionally, and empathetically with students and families.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Education pathways and international study options to provide accurate, current information.
- Relevant experience in student visa processing, study abroad consulting, or education advisory services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or international relations is an advantage.
- Ability to work with documentation, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and online application portals.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
