Mental Health Therapist - TAY Program

Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a Mental Health Therapist I position. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position in the Transitional Age Youth Program in Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. The position is based out of the Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia St, San Jose, CA 95112. Under general supervision of the TAY Program Supervisor, the MHT provides assessments and related psycho-social services to children, adolescents and their families. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team. The Transitional Age Youth Program is for clients between the ages of 16 to 25 years old and aims to support adolescents and their families who are struggling with both mental health related issues as well as substance abuse problems.
