Role summary:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Video Editor & Motion Graphics

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Total experience: Graduate in Animation, Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.

Traineeship Duration: 6 months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (subject to 10% TDS deduction)

Role Overview

Dentsu Creative India is looking for a passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Video & Motion Graphics team . If you have a keen eye for storytelling, visuals, and motion, this is your opportunity to learn from industry professionals and contribute to real brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit social media videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, and transitions in After Effects.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce engaging video content.
• Organise footage, manage project files, and ensure quality standards are met.

Eligibility Criteria

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A creative mindset with a good sense of timing, rhythm, and design.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Understanding short-form content, colour grading, and motion graphics fundamentals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate in Animation, Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in video editing and motion graphics.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator .
• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing, motion graphics, animation, or creative video work will be preferred.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, transitions, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Exposure to fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, or digital-first branded content through internships, academic projects, or freelance work.
