What you’ll doLead a pricing finance team (managers and analysts) and oversee day-to-day workflow, quality, and developmentBuild and review pricing proposals including hourly rates and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)Develop financial models, benchmarking, and performance reporting to support matter profitability and client valueAdvise senior stakeholders on pricing strategy, negotiation considerations, and internal approval practicesSupport annual rate-setting activities, including timelines, benchmarking inputs, and stakeholder coordinationContribute to RFP/pricing language and collaborate with Business Development on proposal best practicesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation; stay current on legal pricing trends/tools
What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree with Accounting/Finance is preferred8+ years in xzbcwsv financial analysis or pricing is a plus4+ years people management experience with direct reportsAdvanced Excel skills (PowerPoint also strongly preferred)Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insightsExperience in professional services strongly preferred, Big 4 Public Accounting or Consulting firm a plus
