WE'RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER – SPORTS MARKETING

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 4+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹16 LPA

What You'll Be Driving

Build and grow running communities across multiple cities.

Plan and execute marathons, community runs, training programs & sports events.

Manage athlete, coach, community & brand ambassador relationships.

Lead on-ground execution of race-day activations, expos, cheer zones & consumer experiences.

Work closely with agencies, vendors, event partners & internal teams.

Ensure seamless execution while maintaining a high-quality consumer experience.

Analyse event performance and contribute to future sports marketing strategies.

We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, or Community Management.

Strong hands-on experience in sports/running event execution.

Excellent stakeholder and relationship-management skills.

Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

A genuine passion for running, fitness & sports.

Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground event execution.

Experience with athletes, coaches, running communities, agencies, or sports brands is a strong advantage.
